foodspring Protein Brownies, 250 g

With the addition of milk or a milk alternative, this baking mix turns into delicious brownies without requiring any added sugar. Real cocoa creates deliciously moist and scrumptious chocolate pleasure. It contains whey from pasture-raised cows' milk and egg protein from free-range eggs. In addition, this baking mix contains 5 times more protein than conventional baking mixes. A 17 x 13 cm baking pan is included.

Preparation:

1. Pour the baking mix into a bowl and add 175 ml milk or a milk alternative. Stir with a whisk until there are no lumps.
2. Fold the foodspring baking pan according to the instructions and spread out the dough in it. Alternatively, you can use your own baking pan greased with coconut oil.
3. Preheat the oven to approx. 175°C and then bake the brownies for 15-20 minutes. Check the oven every now and then. Your brownies shouldn't be fully baked.
4. Take the brownie sheet out of the tray and cut into smaller pieces. Serve them plain or with your favourite toppings. Or freeze for later.

You will need an oven to bake the brownies.
