Frierss only processes selected pieces of pork from purebred DUROC free-range pigs for this cut of meat.The pigs are fed natural feed and can range around on the farm all year round. This diet and environment creates a special quality of meat. Their traditional processing methods Frierss uses also ensures that the meat is nice and juicy. The meat is seasoned using a balanced blend of spices and is then smoked over beech wood, giving it a fine flavour.
