This delicious Carinthian bratwurst specialty is made from local beef and pork by master craftsmen. The finely chopped Carinthian bacon cubes and delicate spice mix give this specialty a first-class flavour with a delicate bacon note. YUM!
- Cook on a medium-hot grill or in a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. The sausages should be turned until they have a light tan colour all around.
