Galup's master bakers were inspired by classic Italian dessert from Piedmont when they created this cake! This version of the Colomba cake is made with peaches stuffed with amaretto and dark chocolate. Candied peaches and dark chocolate flakes are also mixed into the cake batter. Instead of the classic Colomba cake glaze with whole almonds, amaretti sprinkles provide delicious crunch.
