Galup specializes in making traditional natural sourdough cakes from Piedmont, Italy. This also includes the Colomba, a fluffy cake made from wheat flour. These traditional cakes are enjoyed in Italy at Easter.

This version of the Colomba cake is flavoured with extra dark chocolate chips and does not include raisins, lemon peel, or candied fruit. The hazelnut glaze is sprinkled with coarse sugar and whole, crunchy almonds.
