Description
Il Giangalup combines two spectacular Italian delicacies in a special triangular shape. Panettone, the classic cake made with a light and airy sourdough that has been allowed to rise for 40 hours before being baked to make the popular Christmas cake. And Gianduiotti: fine hazelnut nougat chocolate pralines. This delicacy is filled with the finest gianduja (hazelnut nougat cream) and coated with fine dark chocolate sprinkled with brittle made with real Piedmontese hazelnuts.
