Galup Panettone with Black Cherries & Chocolate (with a Metal Tin)

The Galup pastry shop has been producing traditional Piedmontese pastries and sweets since 1922. It is famous for its panettone. The panettone that Galup makes isn't just the traditional cake with raisins, lemon peel and orange peel (aranzini), but a variety of delicious panettone flavours!

This panettone features dark chocolate chips and candied Amarena cherries. The wonderfully sweet cake features bold dark chocolate notes that make it popular all year round! A crunchy hazelnut glaze with whole, roasted almonds and sugar granules graces the top of the cake. The cake comes in an elegant black metal tin that looks gorgeous under your Christmas tree!
