Description
The Viennese Seasoning sauce is based on fermented lupins, oats, salt and water. The traditional brewing process and the months of maturation create particularly refined aromas. The result is a subtle umami flavour with a balanced savoury taste and a flattering finish. It can be added to meat as well as vegan dishes such as stews, soups, dressing, pies and more - ideal for those who cannot tolerate soy or gluten. The sauce is vegan, naturally gluten-free and made with only the finest ingredients grown organically in Austria.
Note: It contains no artificial additives, aromas or flavour enhancers!
