This double-walled, insulated door creates the ideal environment for baking, hot smoking and slow roasting. Made from robust ceramic-coated 304 stainless steel, it features an elegant acacia wood handle and cut-outs for meat probes to support excellent heat retention. Temperature, steam and smoke levels can be adjusted easily to suit each recipe.

• The door may only be used when the gas burner is switched off or with wood embers only, and is compatible exclusively with the second-generation XL oven model.
