Herbaria La Palma Flowers - Flor de Sal

The Canary salt crystals from the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve in La Palma have been harvested from the Atlantic Ocean. Formed by the wind and sun, these salt flowers are harvested by hand in the salt mines of Fuencaliente in the foothills of the Teneguía and San Antonio volcanoes.
