Description
Seasoning for the popular Bavarian cheese spread - called "Obazda". Tastes especially good on pretzels.
Serving tips:
Mix 100 g Brie (60%), 100 g butter, 100 g Romadur or Camembert (50%), with 1 tablespoon "Obazd is!" Stir, let sit for about 30 minutes. Mix in a small diced onion before serving.
