Honest Toil's olives are harvested and processed by hand in Greece, just hours after they are picked. Their olive oil is sustainably cold pressed, is unrefined and is one of the purest extra virgin olive oils available with an acidity of less than .3%. Fresh from the family farm and the surrounding small-scale artisan groves, the olives are processed immediately after the harvest at a site just 2 miles away, guaranteeing the best freshness and top quality. The rich green colour and subtle, slightly peppery flavor combine for a silky textured oil that stands out in a crowd. Healthy, high in antioxidants and vitamins A & E, this oil is naturally cholesterol free.
