Description
This cut of meat is from the pig's rib or back from which is suitable for pork chops and schnitzel. It is very lean and short-fibred. These slices are seasoned and ideal for grilling.
Sourced from Southeast Styrian Woazschwein pigs raised on the Neuhold family farm (JAGA's Steirerei).
The Woaz pigs at the farm are raised on GM-free feed and slaughtered stress-free resulting in meat that is especially tender and tasty.
