Description
The Organic Coconut Sugar by KULAU is exclusively made using the fresh juice extracted from the coconut blossom. The juice is carefully caramelized by hand over a log fire for several hours. This method of production provides the coconut sugar with its unique aroma.
Coconut blossoms are especially rich in
