Description
This Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder contains delicious, Far Eastern shiitake mushrooms, which give the powder its full-bodied flavour. The powder can be used to prepare a delicious vegan broth for noodle soups or casseroles in no time at all and can also be used to season dishes directly, as it perfectly emphasises the sweetness and umami of the food.
Preparation:
- Pan-fried dishes: approx. 1/2 teaspoon for seasoning 300 to 500 g of ingredients.
- Broth: 1 teaspoon for 350 ml of broth.
