Preparation & recommended use:

For children under 4 years: Pour 150 ml of boiling water over one tea bag, then cover the cup and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag before removing. Recommended serving: twice daily.

For children aged 4 years and over: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one to two tea bags, then cover and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag or bags before removing. Serve up to three times daily.

Always allow the tea to cool to body temperature before offering it to your child. Sweeten lightly if required.
