Modena Estense Farfalle Fantasia Lemon

These farfalle are made from durum wheat semolina and delight a citrus-y flavour from untreated Italian lemons. They taste wonderful with a creamy salmon sauce and make a great side dish for fish.

Since the pasta is made with a bronze mould, it has a rough surface that absorbs sauces very well. It increases in volume while it cooks and retains its high protein content.
