Description
This low-calorie spaghetti contains just nine kcal per 100 g, no fat or sugar and is rich in the fibre glucomannan. It takes less than 2 minutes to prepare in hot water. Made from konjac flour, this spaghetti is vegan, gluten-free and ideal for a low-carb diet. Its versatility makes it perfect for Italian pasta recipes as well as Asian cuisine.
Method of preparation:
- First, drain the konjac spaghetti - place it in a sieve, let the preserving liquid drain away and rinse well with plenty of water.
- Transfer the spaghetti to a pot of boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti well.
- Serve with a sauce or in a soup as desired.
