Flaxseed is often used for baking bread, because it contains health oils. It is incredibly satisfying and has a positive influence on colic or stomach discomfort. The abundant fat (linseed oil) in flaxseed consists of more than 70 percent from polyunsaturated fatty acids. The favorable composition and the high content of vitamin E could contribute to regulating excessive cholesterol levels. Flaxseed also contains a lot of bone-strengthening calcium.
