Description
The "Carte Noire" olive oil is collected before it is even pressed. The oil runs without aid from the crushed olive mass as it waits to be pressed. The production volume is correspondingly very low. Only 25 liters of olives are produced. Each bottle is numbered. The mildly fruity oil goes great with fish dishes, cooked meals or stewed meat. The slight sweetness allows the olive oil to be used also for fruit and desserts.
