Description
In Italy, authentic taste is so important! That's why these hearty, meaty ravioli are made with regional ingredients and are carefully prepared. The beef used in this recipe is marinated with spices and vegetables before it is gently and slowly cooked for four hours. When the beef has finished cooking, it is filled into delicious pasta dough made of wheat and fresh eggs from free-range chickens. The ravioli are carefully made in little pieces. This ravioli is a Piedmont speciality and is often served as a primo piatto - the first main course, or in broth as a soup. Store refrigerated at + 4 ° C. Recommended cooking time: 2 minutes.
