Risotto for 4 servings: sauté 250 g rice in a little butter or olive oil with chopped onion until translucent, deglaze with white wine or broth. Gradually add hot broth and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until it achieves a smooth and creamy consistency.
Classic rice preparation: For 4 servings, bring 250 g of rice to a boil with twice the amount of water and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
