Description
The Goldmarke pasta products by Recheis feature egg pasta classics made in Austria that are the crowning glory in every recipe. It is made with the finest durum wheat semolina, Austrian eggs, and innovative production methods, resulting in pasta that remains firm to the bite even after cooking. Thanks to its compact, twisted spiral shape, this pasta goes perfectly with all sauces, stews and ragouts. They have a hearty and aromatic taste.
Note: Cook Recheis Goldmarke pasta in a large pot with salted water (1 litre of water per 100 grams of pasta). Follow the cooking time indicated on the package. Once cooked, serve the pasta immediately or process further as per your recipe.
