This biscuit mix is made with Austrian organic spelt. The spelt was naturally processed gently and with great care.
- Mix the baking mix with 150g of soft butter and 50g of finely ground almonds, then add cream if needed to smooth the dough. Wrap in cling film and cool for approx. 1 hour. Roll out the dough and cut out the shapes you like then brush an egg white over the dough and cover with slivered almonds.
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake at 190 ° C (standard) - or approx. 170 ° C - 180 ° C (convection) - Bake: approx. 10 minutes on the middle rack. 1 package makes enough for about 3 trays of biscuits.
