This lively frizzante made from Sauvignon Blanc and Golden Muscat lives up to its name. To maintain freshness, grapes are harvested young, fermented in steel tanks and then carbonated. Fruity, elderflower and exotic notes. The noticeable residual sweetness harmonises perfectly with the delicate bubbles and fine acidity.
