The Styrian Pumpkin Seed oil PGI is produced in accordance with strict guidelines and is made only from raw materials from certain Austrian districts. This ensures that only the best, shell-less pumpkin seeds are processed. The pumpkin seed mash is slowly roasted and gently mill pressed. This creates a slightly nutty flavour and makes the Styrian pumpkin seed oil a delicacy that should be missing in any kitchen.

My Omi, Trudi used to make Cabbage salad, potato salad, cucumber salad with similar. She was brought up in Wagna near Leibnitz and we all loved the food. this is as close as I have got to her food. It is wonderful
