Description
Pappardelle is a classic from Tuscany. The wide long pasta have a rough surface and can therefore allow sauces and liquids to stick very well. In Tuscany they are traditionally eaten as an accompaniment with roast beef. Also great with ragú, mushroom sauces or in a bean soup.
