Each lime blossom is completely unique, just like each summer season!! The colour of the lime blossom honey naturally changes between beige and ivory. This Tuscan honey has a light minty flavour with notes of balsamic vinegar. Its consistency stays liquid or creamy for a long time and only crystallises after a long period of storage.

Lime blossom honey is traditionally used as a sweetener in hot drinks but it is also ideal for rounding off sophisticated salad dressings and, of course, can be used as a sweet spread or savoury marinade.
