This Buckwheat germ reminds one of semolina and can be used in bread dough (25-30%), noodle dough (50%) crepes and pancakes (100%). The natural taste is also suitable as a topping for salads. The light flavour of herbs and hazelnuts also goes very well with yoghurt, cereals and drinks. A real all-rounder with lots of protein and important nutrients.
