Spiceworld Penne all Arrabbiata

Penne all Arrabbiata is a traditional noodle dish from Lazio, which is often eaten today all over the world.

This fiery-hot Italian seasoning tastes great with Arrabbiata, especially for Penne. Ideally suited for all hot and spicy noodle dishes.

Tomatoes, minced meat sauces and cheese get a fine, spicy taste with the addition of this spice.

Cooking Tip:
Add the desired amount of this spice mixture to a cup with a little hot water until a paste forms. Allow to steep while your noodles are cooking. After cooking, strain the noodles, toss with olive oil and add the spice paste. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan. Finished!
