Description
This delicious salt blend is made up of large, hand harvested, pyramid shaped Fleur de Sel. The salt is gently cold-smoked for 10 days in Styria, Austria over beechwood with herbs. The salt can also be used as table salt for meat, steaks and more. The scent is smokey and herbal.
Use for: barbecued dishes, meat, fish, vegetables and seasoning any kind of food.
