Simón Coll stands for chocolate with an aromatic taste and intense cocoa notes. The family business in the sixth generation has been producing coveted chocolate creations in Barcelona since 1840. Keeping their long tradition in mind, the company also moves with the times: the bean-to-bar principle allows the high cocoa content to be extracted directly on-site where cocoa beans are double roasted and carefully processed.

With an attractive range of whole milk and dark chocolates for snacking, baking and cooking, as well as luxurious drinking chocolate, Simón Coll even caters to special dietary needs with many products that are vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
