Description
This medium grain rice is polished and cooks in about 30 minutes. Use a ratio of 1:1.5 parts rice to water. This rice is traditionally used as a side dish but can be used for any rice dishes or risotto. If you are making risotto, use a ratio of 1 part rice to 3-4 parts liquid. Wash the rice before using it to prevent it from becoming sticky.
