Sonnentor Organic Pepper Green, whole

Green pepper is very aromatic and slightly spicy. The unripe pepper fruits are harvested green and either dried using a special process, or rapidly pickled in vinegar or brine so that they retain their green color. In the kitchen, green peppers whole or freshly ground are used.

The green pepper boasts a fine citrus flavor. The fresh taste is enhanced by its mild peppery notes.

Tips & Preparation:
In green pepper, the fruits are still unripe. The dried granules can be used much like black pepper. It tastes great in a classic pepper sauce or with freshly fried fish and meat. A combination of green pepper and strawberry takes your dish to a different, more sensual world.
