Kampot pepper is one of the best peppers in the world. This exquisite pepper can be consumed whole or finely chopped. However, you should never boil it, because it loses its flavour. It's an absolute highlight for all gourmets!
Due to the fermentation process, the pepper loses its spiciness but maintains its flavour. The salt removes the water from the core of the pepper. The flavourful shell is preserved during the production process. The panicle is turned more than 10 times until the desired "cracking effect" is achieved. The result is plump, crispy pearls of peppers. Pesticides are frowned upon during cultivation and the berries are subjected to regular quality checks.
