Description
The fine, light spelt semolina by Stöber Mühle can be used just like wheat semolina in a variety of dishes, for example:
- for soups and soup garnishes (semolina dumplings)
- for homemade pasta
- For desserts such as semolina pancakes, semolina casserole or semolina porridge
- for bread, waffles and other baked goods
Spelt semolina has a delicate nutty taste - this gives dishes a very special touch. Compared to wheat, spelt contains more trace elements and minerals, such as silica and is richer in fibre.
