TartufLanghe refines 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil with white truffles, calling them "L'oro in cumins". "Caviaroli" olive oil caviar is made with this special oil and is flavoured with truffles.
The caviar can be used with any dishes that you would enjoy with truffle oil, and add a special something to any dish. The green and gold caviar balls not only look particularly beautiful, they are also easy to ration out.
