Salted anchovy fillets marinated in aromatic organic extra virgin olive oil "Sicilia IGP" is ideal for antipasti, sandwiches, pasta and pizza! The fillets are deboned but may still contain traces of bones.
The Testa family has been fishing off the coast of Sicily for more than 200 years. The anchovies are fished according to strict animal welfare guidelines and processed immediately - for freshness and quality that is second to none.
Tip: Please do not throw away the oil left in the tin. Use it to make flavourful salad dressings or drizzle on crusty bread and enjoy with a glass of wine.
