Preparation: Soak for 3-10 hours in cold water, then boil for 30 minutes, and let sit for 15 minutes to swell.
Recipe: Chicken with Sprouts
- 250 g sprouts (Urkornhof wheat, wild rye, kamut, soy)
- 3 colorful peppers
- 1 bunch green onions
- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 125 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon Urkornhof soup spices
- 1 teaspoon grapeseed flour
- 4 tablespoons Urkornhof rapeseed oil
- Urkornhof rock salt
- Soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions: Wash and drain the sprouts. Cut the peppers into thin strips. Wash the spring onions and cut them into thin rings. Then cut the chicken breast into strips.
Dissolve the soup spices in water, and mix the soy sauce and grape seed flour into the mix.
Fry the chicken breast in a wok and season with rock salt and cayenne pepper. Remove the roasted meat from the pan. Saute the spring onions along with the peppers and sprouts and mix. Add the meat and seasonings.
