EIGOLD egg pasta contains 3 fresh eggs per kilogram of delicious pasta. Made with fine durum wheat semolina, the recipe inspires with a crunchy bite. The noodles are a real treat!

The Nockerlgries semolina is finely ground and is perfect for making fluffy semolina dumplings with a firm core. They're wonderful in soups, especially for appetisers.
