Description
Pandoro is a typical Italian Christmas cake consisting of an airy and fluffy yeast dough made with butter, sugar and fresh eggs from free-range hens. Made to a traditional recipe, this festive speciality tastes absolutely delicious with coffee.
The perfect complement to the pandoro is the exquisite zabaione included in this set. This version of the classic Italian dessert cream is refined with 'Beermouth Baladin', an alcoholic spirit that combines the characteristic flavours of beer with 13 exquisite herbs. The complex flavours of beermouth lend the classic wine cream a new and innovative twist.
The creamy zabaione tastes delicious both cold and gently warmed up in a bain-marie (warm water bath).
