This dark chocolate ganache is made with Hands On Gin by David Gölles from Styria, Austria. The second layer of the bar is made with lemon ganache that features white chocolate, lemons and homemade bitter lemonade with vermouth. The bar is covered in extra-dark milk chocolate with a 60% cocoa content.
