Zotter Chocolate Palestinian Tahina

The filling of this extraordinary chocolate is based on Tahina, an Arabic sesame paste, and also contains crunchy roasted, caramelized and cinnamon-flavored Schafgrammeln lard spread. The sesame nougat is combined with a white chocolate ganache and verjus, the sour juice of young grapes. The outer layer is a shell of dark chocolate with 70 percent cocoa.

The sheep's meat used comes from the in-house Edible Tiergarten and species-appropriate organic agriculture.
