Zotter Chocolate Dark Rice, Vegan Coverture

A purely vegetable couverture for vegan and lactose-free baking ideas, pralines and other chocolate delicacies. Just like a high-content milk chocolate, this couverture contains 50% cacao and has wonderful chocolate flavour. The milk has been completely replaced with rice milk and is finished with pure cacao butter, cane sugar and real vanilla in our bean-to-bar factory to create a first-class couverture. The very best in vegan and lactose-free.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar °, cocoa mass °, cocoa butter °, rice powder ° (21%: rice ° & water & sunflower oil ° & salt), salt, vanilla pods °
Cocoa: 50% minimum

May contain traces of nuts, milk, peanuts, sesame and soy.
