Description

This special coconut caramel bar is not only vegan, but has also been sweetened with an organic sugar alternative. Coconut blossom sugar, which is obtained from the blossom of the coconut palm, provides the fine caramel note in the chocolate.

The bar is made from a composition of coconut milk and caramelised coconut flakes. This gives the chocolate a very pronounced coconut character.
