Spelt Spirelli are short pasta spirals made from organic spelt. They are ideal in light summery pasta salads and with a variety of tomato sauces and pesto. The pretty spiral shape helps sauces and salad dressings stick better. Made with organic spelt cultivated in Germany, it is processed into pasta in a family-owned business in Swabia, Germany. Vegan and Bioland-certified.
Cooking time: Add to boiling salted water and cook for 4-6 minutes.
