Description
Recipe suggestion: Cut 500 grams of pork (for example neck steaks) into small strips. Mix with 5 teaspoons Gyros spice and 5 tablespoons oil (preferably olive oil) and pack the mixture into an airtight bag (for example in a freezer bag). Let the gyros marinate for 12-24 hours in the fridge, then sear. Done!
