This spice mix is perfect for home-baked rye, mixed or sourdough bread. It is also suitable for baking classic Vinschgau bread from South Tyrol. The spice blend has an intense flavour - so use it sparingly. Contains no salt or sugar.

Recommended use:
Take 2 - 3 teaspoons of bread spices for 1 loaf of bread.
