The traditional Japanese soy sauce with wheat is ideal for transforming simple dishes into a culinary highlight. The mildly spicy, salty note of this fermented sauce adds wonderful flavours to all dishes, not only Asian cuisine.

Shoyu can be used in a variety of ways in vegetable and meat dishes as well as in soups, dressings and dips.

Tip: To best enjoy the taste of Shoyu, add it towards the end of cooking. It is also a great seasoning to have on the table to let each diner season their dishes as they wish
