These organic spelt flakes are completely sugar-free and the perfect breakfast for a health-conscious diet. They consist of hearty wholemeal spelt flour, have a hearty taste and are wonderfully crisp.
Tip: With hot milk and honey, these flakes pamper even the morning grouch. Can be added to other ingredients to make your own muesli.
